Return Policy
- All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
- We only accept return in the event that incorrect items are delivered. Please email us at support@kawffee.com.my to process your return or any other inquiry.
- All items must be returned in original condition.
- We reserved the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
- Customer bears all responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged properly and mailed back to us within 7 working days.
- All items can only be returned in exchange for store credit voucher. You will receive a store credit voucher via email once we have processed your return. Sorry that we’re unable to provide any refund in cash.
